Maine Inside Out team celebration

July is a month for gratitude, reflection, and rest at Maine Inside Out. We are celebrating the incredible people who make this work possible: the MIO team, our partners, our supporters, and our entire community - you! What an incredible first 6 months of the year. Thank you for being a part of MIO’s vision to build connection and leadership across boundaries, identities, and generations. 

Here are a few photo highlights for the first half of 2024: community meetings and open mics, middle school family nights and performances, rehearsals and preparation for the festival, and the festival day parade, banners, performances, and block party. Not included in the photos is MIO’s group of incarcerated artists at Mountain View Correctional Facility.
